Procurement of tensile samples: As a specialist for the sample preparation of flat tensile specimens, we are frequently asked for sample material for tensile tests on metal. For sheet metal tensile tests, we can supply sample at favourable conditions for training purposes. If you need these for training purposes, we will procure the appropriate sheet metal grades and produce the samples on request. The samples are punched and ground in the delivery condition and correspond to the quality required according to ISO6892-1 or DIN 50125.

Note: We only can offer this service for flat tensile specimens. Please refrain from requests for other sample shapes (round samples with cylinder head, threaded head etc.). Only a punch and the well-known sample grinding machine are available from us.

Limitation / Note: Although we mention material grades in the table below, these are NOT CRM (certified reference material) samples. The exact results of the samples (material characteristics) cannot be certified or stated.
