Tensile test ISO 6892 + test software LabTest: Seminar Metal Tensile Test

Method A – strain rate + Method B – stress rate

In this seminar the basics of metal tensile testing ISO 6892 and the GALDABINI Test software is used to convey the information in a clear and practical way. In the course, we attach great importance to explaining the material behavior during tensile testing to beginners in materials testing. This seminar is therefore suitable for anyone who wants to gain knowledge of the processes involved in tensile testing and the necessary procedures for a metal tensile test in a simple, understandable way:

Tensile test ISO6892 – The seminar is aimed at beginners and career changers

  • What happens inside the tensile specimen during a tensile test
  • What is an E-modulus / a Hooke's line and how is an E-modulus calculated
  • Why is the E-modulus not a result according to ISO 6892 but an important indicator for the validity of the test
  • When and why does a yield strength arise and what is the purpose of the equivalent yield strength, the yield strength Rp0,2 / Rp1,0
  • Why are there different types of elongation / elongation at break A5,65 (A5) / A80 / A50
  • Why can strain only be determined with a long-distance extensometer or by hand measurement
  • Which results are important and what are they used for (E-modulus, Reh, Rp0,2, Ag, Rm, AZ ...)

Course withdrawal/deregistration: This course requires a considerable amount of organizational effort on the part of the participants and within SCHÜTZ+LICHT. Participants sometimes book flights that cannot be canceled. We therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot accept cancellations of participation shortly before the start of the seminar.

Therefore, cancellations must be made in writing (including by email). Irrespective of the statutory right of cancellation, we grant a cancellation period of 21 days before the start of the seminar. In this case, we will refund 90% of the course fee. If you cancel later, do not show up or end your participation early, no refund will be made. In all cases, the date of receipt of the cancellation by our company is decisive. It is possible to name a replacement participant.
