Universal testing machines from GALDABINI – use as spring testing machine

GALDABINI – Universal testing machines can be used as spring testing machines, among other things. This software automatically evaluates all required results:

spring length Lo
spring rate / spring constant C
force at L1
force at L2
Setting cycles can be programmed before the actual measurement
an average value can be calculated between loading ramp and unloading ramp
an average value can be calculated for a guided spring
etc.

With appropriate testing tools, the following can be tested:

Springs as spacers

Disc springs (due to the small deformation paths, a direct measuring deformation gauge is recommended for disc springs)
