The INNOVATEST FALCON 450G2 is a modern Hardness Tester for micro-Vickers-, Vickers-, Button- and Brinell-Tests. The system combines precise testing technology with easy operation and is suitable for applications in laboratories, quality assurance and materials testing.
The electronic multi-load cell system with closed-loop force feedback ensures reproducible test results and precise test force control in the range of 100 gf to 62,5 kgf. Manual Z-axis focusing via handwheel allows for convenient and direct machine operation.
The standard I-TOUCH™ workflow control supports:
- Storage of test programs
- statistical functions
- Hardness rating
- Limit value monitoring
- USB data export
In conjunction with the electronic eyepiece, hardness values are automatically displayed directly after the indentation measurement.
Recommendation: IMPRESSIONS™ Video Measurement System
For convenient and reproducible hardness testing, the optional IMPRESSIONS™ testing software with automatic indentation evaluation via image processing is recommended. This allows for faster testing procedures and reduced operator influence.
