The NEMESIS 6000 series hardness testers are among the most advanced devices on the market. The probe head is lowered by a servo drive. The test force is applied using a force measuring cell in a closed-loop control system. The advanced IMPRESSIONS™ testing software enables comprehensive manual or automated testing (including test sequences using a motorized XY table). These hardness testers are used particularly when highly accurate test results are required: in the aerospace industry (tests according to ASTM/NADCAP), the automotive industry (IATF 16949), medical technology, in production lines, or in ISO 17025 accredited testing laboratories.
