Do you have constantly changing heights of your test pieces?
No problem – the test head goes on a search run before making the impression and determines the height of the test piece. This hardness tester can optionally be equipped with a motorized XY table. And even then, the test pieces positioned on the CNC table are reliably detected and the hardness test is reliably determined.

The IMPRESSIONS testing software™ offers a clear user interface and flexible use:

• via touchscreen
• using a mouse and keyboard
• via joystick (standard delivery)

Stored test samples and test sequences can be loaded in a matter of seconds. They are then moved and rotated briefly. Once the test direction has been agreed, the test can begin - regardless of whether it is for a single sample or several test pieces. The hardness test impressions of the test sequences can run into the hundreds or thousands (scan function).

Predefined or freely defined test patterns can be used. Forget the time-consuming task of finding a starting position under the measuring lens: Use the (optional) overview camera and set the starting positions to the desired location in seconds. These positions are then moved to under the measuring lens and aligned with high precision as a routine.
