Therefore, we are no longer able to offer a universal test device that can perform all 3 procedures (including Rockwell). Unlike the current WOLPERT hardness testing machines (which are now manufactured exclusively in CHINA), the purely mechanical devices offered here are precision-made in Germany. * The load levels for Vickers marked above can only be calibrated to a limited extent by DKD / DAkkS, as the manufacturer / replacement supplier cannot supply a 200 or 400-fold lens! The load levels are conveniently set by pressing the load selection push buttons. The machine has a conventional optical measuring device in its basic configuration, where the Vickers or Brinell impression produced is projected onto the screen using a lens, vertical illuminator (semi-transparent deflection mirror). The evaluation is carried out by measuring the impression diagonals using the scale (ruler) included in the delivery. Option: Digital scale for evaluation using HardworX software
