This exceptional hardness testing machine consists of an extremely stable machine stand with a radial arm on which a specially developed test head is mounted. This universal hardness tester covers all hardness testing methods for metals with a test force range of 0,5 to 3.000 kgf: Vickers, Knoop, Brinell and Rockwell.

The motor-driven lowering test head is equipped with a 9-way turret (tool changer). This can be individually equipped with lenses and indenters, additional force sensors, a cross laser for positioning and a button for automatically determining the working distance. The control is carried out entirely via the test head using the integrated IMPRESSIONS™ 4 hardness testing software, which can be operated via a 22″ HD touchscreen or via mouse and keyboard.
