Using TEAMVIEWER, we can perform remote maintenance on your testing machine's PC. Please download and open the software. Once opened, an identification number (ID) will automatically appear in the software. Please provide this number to your consultant by phone. A VPN tunnel connects to the PC via the internet. The software does not require installation and can be used without an administrator after downloading.

With the remote maintenance software we can carry out remote maintenance on the PC of your testing machine. Please download the software and open it. A connection to the PC is established via the Internet via VPN tunnel. The software does not need to be installed and can be used without an administrator after downloading.
Note: The remote maintenance software TEAMVIEWER is installed automatically when the software is installed. Also look for an orange G (icon) on the desktop or in the quick launch bar or for the name GALDABINI Support.

We offer the download of preconfigured test methods (ZIP file) for carrying out tests with the GALDABINI test software. Please:
- download the file
- unpack and copy it into your existing methods / data structure C:\LabTest-Methods
- load the method with "search"
