Remote support via TeamViewer – Quicksupport
Log in to your PC via the Internet and solve your problem in seconds
Using TeamViewer, we can perform remote maintenance on your testing machine's PC. Please download and open the software. Once open, an identification number (ID) will automatically appear. Please provide this ID to your consultant by phone. A VPN tunnel will then connect to your PC via the internet. The software does not require installation and can be used without administrator privileges after downloading.

With the remote maintenance software we can carry out remote maintenance on the PC of your testing machine. Please download the software and open it. After opening, an identification number (ID) will automatically appear in the software. Please give this number to your consultant by phone. A connection to the PC is established via the Internet via VPN tunnel. The software does not need to be installed and can be used without an administrator after downloading.
Note: The remote maintenance software TEAMVIEWER is installed automatically when the software is installed. Also look for an orange G (icon) on the desktop or in the quick launch bar or for the name GALDABINI Support.

We offer the download of preconfigured test methods (ZIP file) for carrying out tests with the GALDABINI test software. Please:
- download the file
- unpack and copy it into your existing methods / data structure C:\LabTest-Methods
- load the method with "search"
You may need a detailed setting for your needs (strain gauge, sample shape, etc.).

Since PC with PCI slot (the Plastic of the slot is recognizable by the white color) are hardly available anymore, it is only a matter of time before support for FALCON Grabber has to be discontinued. Alternatively, we recommend purchasing a USB camera (compatible with our HardworX software: update required). If you purchase a PC with a PCI slot, the corresponding drivers are available here:
