We can use Teamviewer to carry out remote maintenance on the PC of your testing machine. Please download the software and open it. As soon as it is opened, an identification number (ID) will automatically appear in the software. Please give this to your consultant over the phone. A VPN tunnel is used to connect to the PC via the Internet. The software does not need to be installed. This means you can use it without the need for your administrator.

We offer the download of preconfigured test methods (ZIP file) for conducting tests with the GALDABINI – Test software. Please:
- download the file
- unpack and copy it into your existing methods / data structure
- old: C:\Graphwork\Data
- new: Please create (generally) a new directory: C:\LabTest-Methods
- load the method with "search"
- load the result log with "search"
You may need a detailed setting for your needs (strain gauge, sample shape, etc.).
