GALDABINI – Precision straighteners are mainly used in the automotive industry for straightening transmission shafts, camshafts, steering racks, synchronizer rings and gearshift forks. Thanks to their unique flexibility, these straighteners can also be used in the textile industry for spindles, shafts and in other industries for similar applications such as electric motors, drills, ejector rods for presses, precision tubes, forged shafts and even Profile .
The straightening systems for shafts, profiles and other shapes (rings, forks, etc.) are all available with fully automatic conversion (positioning of tools and replacement of punches and supports / counter bearings) and a straightening force between 10 kN and 20.000 kN. Possible automation is possible by means of a loading and unloading magazine, reject station, cleaning center, marking station and crack detection.
The straightening systems, based on TWIN or STEP technology, were developed for straightening Rods and profiles and are used primarily in production such as linear guides, lift rails, racks, forged profiles, drilling rods and textile machine components, where they enable greater precision and at the same time increase productivity.

Thanks to their design, these systems have a high level of accessibility and flexibility. This means that a wide variety of installations can be realized with very high productivity. The systems are available in different sizes with electromechanical drive (ball screws). The sliding table enables automatic changeover without the intervention of an operator. GALDABINI straightening machines are characterized by their high reliability and the excellent accuracy of the straightened workpieces.
The ergonomic properties are groundbreaking, the space requirement and energy consumption are very small and the noise emissions are low. Continuous operation without operator intervention is possible even for small batch sizes. The specially developed GALDABINI software and the hardware structure including industrial PC complement each other perfectly and allow even complex programs to be created for straightening tasks.
